Foods, Inc., an Alabama produce supplier, brings this lawsuit against defendants Corral of Middle Georgia, Inc., Harold Stephenson, Howard Stephenson, and Gene Yeager, 1 asserting violations of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (“PACA”), 7 U.S.C.A. § 499a et seq.
