Gloria Wilson (“Wilson”) has tendered a self-prepared Complaint under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5 (“Section 2000e-5”), charging her former employer Doctors Hospital of Hyde Park (“Hospital”) with race-based discrimination in connection with Hospital’s termination of Wilson’s employment.
