PARKER, Chief Judge.

This is a petition to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board requiring the Joanna Cotton Mills Company to reinstate a discharged employee, Jones M. Blakely, to his former position, with back pay, and to post notices to the effect that it will not interfere with its employees in the exercise of their right to engage in concerted activities. The Board in its answer asks enforcement of the order.

The case originated on a charge filed with the Board by an A. F. of L. Union in 1947 alleging that the company had engaged in various anti union…
