MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON POST-TRIAL MOTIONS

This matter comes before the court on motions of defendants for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, for new trial pursuant to Rule 59 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and for amended judgment. On September 28, 1988, the jury returned a verdict against defendants for damages arising out of a boating accident at the Wildhorn Ranch Resort.
