In this action by plaintiffs, husband and wife, against the Pacific Greyhound Lines, a common carrier, for the alleged wrongful death of their son, Carl James House, it is alleged that Carl James House, a young man eighteen years of age, lost his life while a fare-paying -passenger on a bus of the Greyhound Lines through its negligence, and that plaintiffs have been damaged therebj^.
