MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
YOUNG, Chief Judge.
This is an application for attorneys’ fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988.
I. Background
The plaintiffs Zeke Wilson and Wilson Promotional Group, Inc. (collectively ‘Wilson”) commenced suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the defendants Wilbert J. McClure (“McClure”), William F. Pender (“Pender”), and Nicholas P. Manzello (“Manzello”), alleging that McClure, Pender, and Manzello had engaged in racial discrimination in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
