BAUM, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by general court-martial, judge alone. Pursuant to pleas of guilty, entered in accordance with a pretrial agreement, he was convicted of one specification of *772indecent assault of a female first class petty officer, and one specification of unlawful entry into the petty officer’s bedroom, in violation of Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 USC § 934.
