The self-represented defendants, L. Benet McMillan (Benet McMillan) and Doloures Denise Codrington McMillan (Doloures McMillan), appeal from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Elizabeth Baillergeau, and the subsequent judgments of the trial court denying their motions to open and reargue the underlying judgment.1 On appeal, the defendants claim that the court improperly found that Benet McMillan fraudulently conveyed property to his wife, Doloures McMillan, to avoid a creditor, and *747that the judgment should be opened to allow reargument…
