This is an action for damages and equitable relief brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991 (“Title VII”), and Conn. Gen. Stat. § 46a-60 et seq. The plaintiff, Donna S.
