OPINION
CHIN, District Judge.
In this employment discrimination case, plaintiff Anatoly Pronin sues defendants Raffi Custom Photo Lab, Inc. (“Raffi Custom Photo”), Van Chromes Laboratory, Inc., and the estate of Raffi Atamian 1 alleging age discrimination and retaliation in violation of federal, state, and city law. Defendants move for summary judgment dismissing all claims. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is granted in part and denied in part.
