The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court dismissing its appeal from the Probate Court’s approval of the sale of certain real property. The plaintiff claims that the Superior Court improperly granted the defendants’2 motions to dismiss.

Hilda Rankin Olyphant and her daughter, the defendant Denise Case, each owned an undivided one-half interest in twenty-six acres of property on Mountain Spring Road in Farmington.
