June 10, 1932. The opinion of the Court was delivered by This case was tried in the County Court for Richland, Judge Whaley presiding. At the close of all the testimony, each of the litigants moved for directed verdict. After hearing argument, his Honor directed a verdict for the defendant. From the judgment entered upon this verdict, the plaintiff appeals.
