This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendants after the sustaining of general demurrers to the complaint. In the complaint it is alleged that the plaintiff is the owner of a chattel mortgage upon a Stude baker automobile, to recover which the action was brought. This chattel mortgage was given by the defendant Frank to secure the balance due on the purchase price of said automobile.
