This is a suit on a life insurance policy issued by the defendant on the life of Floyd M. Berry, naming complainant, the wife of the insured, as the beneficiary. The amount of the policy was $1,200.
The original bill was filed in this cause by Emelia K. Berry on May 16, 1936, alleging that on the 13th day of May, 1935, the defendant issued the policy sued on on the life of her husband, Floyd M. Berry, naming complainant as the beneficiary.
