The defendant is accused of aggravated harassment in the second degree under Penal Law § 240.30 (1). The information sets forth the following allegations: "That on the above date and time at [sic] while at # 38 Lee Ave. in the Town of Eastchester, County of Westchester in the State of New York, your deponent did receive a telephone call where her phone rang once.
