[¶ 1] Brian Harp appeals from the District Court’s (Ellsworth, Staples, J.) entry of summary judgment in favor of JPMor-gan Chase Bank in a foreclosure action against him. Harp argues that JPMox-gan did not have standing to bring the action, and it therefore should have been dismissed without prejudice. Finding no error, we affirm.
