[¶ 1] John H. and Valarie A. Higgins appeal from a judgment of foreclosure and order of sale entered by the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) upon the grant of Chase Home Finance LLC’s motions for summary judgment on Chase’s complaint and the Higginses’ counterclaims. The Higginses argue that the court should have denied summary judgment on the complaint because there are genuine issues of material fact regarding whether the Higginses received proper notice of default and the right to cure before acceleration, see 14 M.R.S. § 6111 (2008), 1 and regarding the amount due on the…
