SCHALLER, J.

The plaintiffs1 appeal from the judgment of the trial court rendered following a trial to the court determining that the concrete business of the substitute defendant, A. Aiudi & Sons, LLC,2 does not constitute a nuisance and that the plaintiffs are not, therefore, entitled to an injunction. On appeal, the plaintiffs claim that the court improperly (1) concluded that the defendant’s operation is not a nuisance, (2) failed to issue an injunction in their favor on the basis of the defendant’s zoning violations and (3) burdened their constitutional rights of free association…
