MEMORANDUM OPINION

De MENT, District Judge.

Before the court is defendants Jeffers Vet Supply (“JVS”) and Keith Jeffers’ (“Jeffers”) motion for summary judgment filed September 26, 1994. Defendants contemporaneously filed a brief and tendered evidence in support of their motion. Plaintiff Anita Bivins failed to respond to the motion.

Plaintiff, a black female, commenced this action based upon racial discrimination, asserting claims under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983, as well as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e through 2000e-17, as ■ amended by the Civil Rights Act of…
