MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ALBRITTON, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This cause is before the court on the Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings filed by defendant Augat Wiring Systems, Inc. (“Augat”) on April 11,1996.
Cheryl Denise Patterson (“the Plaintiff’) filed this action in this court on February 8, 1996. Named as defendants were Augat, Edwin Sweeney (“Sweeney”), George Kohl-man (“Kohlman”), Jack Foster (“Foster”), Ken Thomas (“Thomas”), and Steve Abelman (“Abelman”).
