This appeal is from an order of the superior court of the county of Los Angeles fixing the inheritance tax to be paid by the devisees under the last will and testament of Sarah E. Letchworth, deceased. Sarah E. Letch-worth was the surviving wife of Pierre E. Letchworth and the sole devisee under his will. Pierre E. Letchworth died June 1, 1924. His will was admitted to probate in the superior court of the county of Los Angeles and his estate was administered upon in said court.
