In this consolidated appeal, Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad appeals the District Court’s denial of its asserted right to victim status under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act (CVRA), 18 U.S.C. § 8771, and seeks restitution. After thorough review of the record, and with the benefit of oral argument, we conclude that we lack jurisdiction to hear the appeal.
