VAUGHN, Chief Judge.

For the most part, we agree with the trial judge’s dismissal of plaintiffs claims, so we shall only address the two claims which should not have been dismissed: retaliatory discharge and blacklisting.

Since this is an appeal from a dismissal pursuant to G.S. 1A-1, Rule 12(b)(6), the only question before us is whether plaintiffs complaint sets forth a “short and plain statement of the claim sufficiently particular to give the court and the parties notice of the transactions, occurrences, or series of transactions or occurrences, intended to be proved showing that the pleader…
