MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALBRITTON, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

This cause is before the court on the Plaintiffs Motion to Remand, filed on July 18, 1995. Plaintiff originally filed suit in the Circuit Court of Pike County on or about May 18, 1995. In his complaint, plaintiff alleged state law causes of action for breach of contract, bad faith, and defamation. Plaintiff named as defendants Rural Community Insurance Services, (“RCIS”), a Minnesota corporation, and Phillip East (“East”), an agent of RCIS, and a citizen of Alabama.
