MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DE ME NT, District Judge.
Before the court is Defendant’s Motion To Compel Arbitration and Defendant’s Motion to Stay, which were filed along with a supporting brief on April 19, 2000. (Docs. No. 4, 5.) Plaintiffs filed a Response on May 9, 2000, and Defendant issued a Reply on May 16, 2000. In addition, both parties have filed various supplemental materials on this issue, which is a matter of first impression.
