*101*993Wayne Redfearn appeals from the judgment of dismissal entered after the trial court sustained without leave to amend the demurrer of Trader Joe's Company to Redfearn's first amended complaint for intentional interference with contractual relations, intentional and negligent interference with prospective economic advantage and unfair competition. We reverse.
