The findings, among other things, approve the account when amended as directed of the trustee of the trust created under the will of Albert H. Comstock, allow certain costs, expenses, and compensation to the trustee, deny costs and expenses of the beneficiary inclusive of certain fees, authorize the trustee to invest in common or preferred corporate stock, deny the beneficiary's motion for vacation of an ex parte order…
