This is a bill in equity for instructions filed in the Supreme Judicial Court by the plaintiff, in his capacity as sole trustee under an indenture of .trust dated April 11, *2151932. The defendants are the plaintiff as an individual, Frederic C. Dumaine, Sr., and the trustees of a voluntary-association, designated in the articles of association as “Dumaines,” created and existing under the laws of New Hampshire.
