Pro se Plaintiff Kareem Tillman brings this employment discrimination action against Defendant Luray’s Travel (“Lu-ray”) for violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17, and the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. (,See Compl. (Dkt. 1).) Tillman alleges that Luray discriminated against him on the basis of race when his employment was terminated on two separate occasions, in 2010 and 2013. (Id.)
