On October 28, 2014, Oscar Guzman (“Plaintiff’) brought suit against his former employer — Concavage Marine Construction, Inc. and Intercoastal Water Transportation, Inc. (collectively, “the Company”) — as well as Nicholas and Joanne Concavage, owners, operators, and managers of the Company (collectively, “Defendants”). (Compl. ¶¶ 11-27 (Dkt. No. 1).)
