HOOD, Judge.

This is a workmen’s compensation suit instituted by Bentley B. Bryant against the compensation insurer of Mullins & Parker, a partnership domiciled in Natchez, Mississippi. The State Confederate Memorial Medical Center intervened to recover a sum of money alleged to be due it for medical services rendered to the claimant as a result of his injuries. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, awarding compensation benefits based on total and permanent disability, and in favor of the intervenor for the greater portion of the…
