The state appeals from an order overruling its demurrer to the complaint. The court having certified the questions presented to be important and doubtful, the appeal is authorized.

Plaintiff is the owner of certain farm lands in Kittson county, parts of which are traversed by trunk highway No. 75 extending generally in a northerly and southerly direction through that county.
