This case, brought here by direct appeal from a judgment of the district court of Fremont County, arose in connection with facts which briefly stated are these:
On the 23rd day of November, 1928, at Riverton, Wyoming, E. P. Parks, one of the defendants below, executed and gave to Northwestern Pure Bred Sow Company, hereinafter usually referred to as the “vendor” and being the other defendant in the litigation, his promissory note, whereby he agreed to pay to it the sum of $375.00, with interest at ten per centum per annum, on November 23, 1929, and costs of collection, including…
