BASKIR, Chief Judge.

This is a suit by Lockheed Martin Advanced Environment Systems (LMAES), a subcontractor, and its parent company Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), seeking damages from the Government under the Contract Disputes Act of 1978(CDA) for a default termination by Lockheed Martin Idaho Technologies Company (LMITCO), a Government contractor and also a wholly owned subsidiary of LMC.
