The issues presented by this appeal from the judgment rendered in a mortgage foreclosure proceeding address the propriety of the trial court’s rulings concerning (1) the rate of interest to be applied on the note subsequent to its maturity date; (2) the granting of certain credits, which were applied to reduce the face amount of the note; and (3) the date that these credits became applicable as offsets to the debt.
