MEMORANDUM DECISION

NICHOL, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff, Lynch Corporation, has brought this nine-count action against Mil Liquidating Co. (formerly M-Tron Industries, Inc.), its Board of Directors, officers and shareholders, individually and in their official capacities. The plaintiff seeks to certify a group of shareholders as representatives of the class of all shareholders of M-Tron Industries, Inc., and the defendant shareholders have objected to such certification, particularly First-Mid-Ameriea, Inc., which holds the shares in “street name” only.
