MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LOWE, District Judge.
Presently before this Court is plaintiffs’ motion for certification of a defendant class consisting of all partners in Fox & Company (“Fox”) who were partners between March 21, 1977 and April 15, 1982, inclusive (“the class period”).
This case is one of several related cases allegedly arising out of a plan and course of conduct to misrepresent the financial condition of Saxon Securities, Inc., between at least January 1, 1976 and April 15, 1982.
