Apparently not everyone agrees that things go better with “Coke.” Plaintiff, Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Elizabeth-town (“Elizabethtown”), seeks declaratory, injunctive and monetary relief against the Coca-Cola Company (“Coca-Cola”).
