This is a somewhat difficult veteran’s reemployment case, brought under § 8 of the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940, as amended, 54 Stat. 890, 56 Stat. 724, 58 Stat. 798, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, §. 308. The reemployment benefits of this section were, by § 7 of the Service Extension Act of 1941, 55 Stat. 627, 50 U.S.C.A.
