This is an appeal from an order of Hon. T. S. Sease, wherein he held an ordinance of the City of Union to be unconstitutional and unreasonable in that it seeks to interfere with and disturb the legitimate business of the respondent, without just cause and in violation of the due process clauses of the Constitution of the United States, Const.
