Gaston, Judge of the Sixth Circuit, declaring constitutional an ordinance enacted by the town council of the Town of York, wherein and whereby it is undertaken to restrict the delivery to any retail gasoline filling station or store, where the general public is invited or trades, within the town limits of the Town of York, S.
