This is an action by the United Railroad Operating Crafts, a railway labor organization hereafter referred to as UROC, and five of its members to restrain the defendant Pennsylvania Railroad Company, hereafter referred to as the Pennsylvania, from discharging the individual plaintiffs for alleged non-compliance with a union shop agreement between the Pennsylvania and the intervening defendant Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, hereafter referred to as the Trainmen.
