Plaintiffs Mark and Anita Lipstein bring this putative class action against Defendants UnitedHealthcare Services, Inc., and United Healthcare Insurance Co. (collectively, “Defendants” or “United”) for violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq.
