This matter comes before the Court upon the renewed motion for class certification filed on September 9, 2013 by Plaintiffs Darlery Franco, David Chazen and Camilo Nelson (collectively, “Subscriber Plaintiffs”). Cigna has opposed the motion. The Court denied Subscriber Plaintiffs’ first motion for class certification by Order dated January 16, 2013.
