STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Kenneth High appeals from the Marion Superior Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of United Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. We affirm.

FACTS

United Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter Farm Bureau) issued four (4) automobile insurance policies to Kenneth High,, each covering a separate automobile.
