Donald Ansert, by and through his legal guardian Joan Ansert, appeals the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company ("Farmers"). Farmers is seeking a declaratory judgment to determine its obligations under an insurance policy.
