RIVES, Circuit Judge.
This case is before the court upon petition to review and set aside an order of the ' National Labor Relations Board (91 N. L. R. B. No. 189) and upon the Board’s request for enforcement of its order.
The questions presented are: (1) whether the Board erred in denying the Company’s motion to strike from the complaint the names of all employees alleged to have been discriminatorily discharged other than Ezeakiel Caldwell, who signed the charge; (2) whether the Board properly found from the evidence that the Company interfered with, restrained, and coerced its employees in…
