OPINION

BARKER, Judge.

¶ 1 The issue in this case is whether prepaid educational fees are economic losses for purposes of restitution. We hold that they are and affirm.

I

¶2 Juvenile Andrew C. (“Andrew”) appeals a restitution award ordered by the juvenile court. Andrew was adjudicated delinquent after he entered a plea agreement admitting to misdemeanor assault. As part of the plea agreement, Andrew agreed to pay restitution to the victim, not to exceed $500.
