In this appeal from the judgment of strict foreclosure1 rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Brian E. McKeever, the plaintiff claims that the trial court (1) improperly invoked and applied its equitable powers in considering the doctrine of unclean hands, (2) abused its discretion in limiting the award of interest on the debt to a one year period, (3) abused its discretion in limiting attorney’s fees and (4) improperly disallowed late charges on the debt.
