PARRISH, Justice:

¶ 1 This is the latest battle in a seven-year war over $300,000 worth of life insurance proceeds. Glade Parduhn comes to us for the second time, claiming, as he did in a petition for rehearing filed after our resolution of his first appeal, that we erroneously remanded his ease to the district court for an equitable distribution of the insurance proceeds he seeks.
